Flemington Resident Dr. Camille Green of Hunterdon Internal Medicine Associates Joins Samaritan’s Board of Trustees


Samaritan, headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ, has announced that Camille Green, MD, Flemington resident and physician with Hunterdon Healthcare, has joined Samaritan’s Board of Trustees.


“With 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Dr. Green is an accomplished and respected physician who believes in a holistic, compassionate approach to patient care,” said Mary Ann Boccolini, president and CEO of Samaritan. “Her unique perspective as a physician and dedication to patient care is invaluable, and we are proud to welcome her to the Samaritan team as we continue to expand our services and support patients and families throughout southern and central New Jersey. On behalf of our entire organization, we are excited to welcome Dr. Green to our Board of Trustees.”


Dr. Green is a board-certified internal medicine physician with Hunterdon Internal Medicine Associates, part of the Hunterdon Healthcare system located in Flemington, NJ. Prior to her position at Hunterdon Healthcare, Dr. Green was a physician with Cooper University Health Care and was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cooper Medical School at Rowan University.


Dr. Green has been recognized professionally as a leader in her field, receiving the Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine Award at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University for her compassionate care and teaching, the Young Oncologist Essay Award and has been featured in South Jersey Magazine’s Women in Healthcare in 2018. Additionally, she has been utilized as a resource and featured as an expert for various women’s health articles for South Jersey Magazine and is an author of a book chapter on Genetics and Breast Cancer for the Radiation Oncologist.


Dr. Green earned a bachelor’s degree from Yale University in molecular, cellular and developmental biology. She earned her medical degree from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed post-graduate training with residencies in internal medicine at Morristown Memorial Hospital and Cooper University Hospital.
