Genova Burns LLC is poised to expand by integrating the Bankruptcy law boutique Wasserman, Jurista & Stolz into the firm effective on January 1,2021.   With the addition of the WJS team, Genova Burns will continue its trajectory of growth into strategically selected practice areas to supplement its diverse menu of services now available to its clients.  Genova Burns will grow its geographic footprint and enhance client accessibility with the addition of an office in Basking Ridge NJ on 110 Allen Road adding to its current six locations in the region.

Wasserman Jurista & Stolz Managing Partner Dan Stolz sees the integration of the two firms as the right fit at the right time. “WJS will now have the platform to meet our own growth objectives, expand our geographical footprint, and service a growing institutional client base in need of bankruptcy law and restructuring services. Stolz will join Genova Burns as a Partner with Steven Jurista joining as “of counsel”, Scott Revers as “Counsel” and Don Clarke as “Counsel”.   With their addition Genova Burns attorney complement grows to 75 attorneys. The firm will continue to operate under the name Genova Burns, LLC
