Groundbreaking ceremony at Oxycocus Elementary School in Stafford Township School District

NEW ROAD Construction Management proudly attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the additions and renovations at Oxycocus Elementary School on April 28, 2026.
The event brought together members of the Stafford Township Board of Education, including Business Administrator Lourdes LaGuardia and Superintendent George Chidiac, along with district administration and representatives from NEW ROAD Construction Management, Benjamin Harvey Construction, and Spiezle Architects to celebrate this significant milestone.
During the ceremony, NEW ROAD’s Project Manager, Ronald Eister, presented the school with a commemorative groundbreaking plaque in honor of the occasion.
NEW ROAD is providing Construction Management services to the Stafford Township School District for a series of projects across all six district schools. The scope of work includes a new two-story, 48,500-square-foot Early Childhood addition at Oxycocus Elementary School, as well as alterations and renovations to nine existing classrooms within the building. In addition, various renovations, improvements, and upgrades will be completed at the district’s five other schools
