Hyland Levin Shapiro LLP Elects Beau C. Wilson to Partnership

Marlton, NJ (July 6th, 2026) Hyland Levin Shapiro LLP is pleased to announce that Beau C. Wilson has been elected to the partnership of the firm, effective July 1, 2026
Beau focuses his practice on counseling clients and litigating a wide range of complex matters, including employment, commercial, business, construction, and condominium and homeowner association disputes. As a member of the firm's Litigation and Risk Management practice group, he provides strategic, results-oriented counsel to businesses, individuals, and associations, working closely with clients to develop practical legal solutions that align with their business objectives and long-term goals.

Before joining Hyland Levin Shapiro in 2022, Beau served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey. In that role, he represented state agencies before the Office of Administrative Law, the Superior Court of New Jersey, the Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court. He also advised the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and the Department of State on matters involving the enforcement and defense of statutes and regulations.
In addition to his legal practice, Beau is actively involved in the community and the legal profession. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Bridge Academy & Community Center in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, is a member of the Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter and was appointed to serve a four-year term on the New Jersey Courts District IIIB Ethics Committee.
Beau is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Burlington County Bar Association. He earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2017, where he received the Harriet Robinson Gillock Memorial Award and was both a Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society Fellow and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He received his B.A. from Messiah College in 2011.
