Inspira Health announced Tuesday that Warren Moore has been named president and chief operating officer of the health system. In this expanded role, Moore will oversee all operational aspects of Inspira’s four hospitals, multiple health centers, and extensive outpatient network throughout South Jersey.

Moore, who has served as executive vice president and COO since 2021, will continue to report directly to Amy Mansue, who remains the system’s chief executive officer.

The promotion is designed to allow Mansue to focus more heavily on external strategic priorities, community engagement, and regional partnerships, while Moore takes the lead on day-to-day operations and clinical excellence.

“I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Warren for over 20 years,” Mansue said. “His bold vision for community-based healthcare and his exceptional ability to turn ideas into reality represent a tremendous win for the entire Inspira family.”

Moore brings over 25 years of experience to the role, including a significant tenure at RWJBarnabas Health and as CEO of Children’s Specialized Hospital before joining Inspira.

A key component of Moore’s mission is ensuring that high-quality care remains local. Under his leadership, Inspira has continued to expand its footprint, including significant investments in the Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill expansion and the development of state-of-the-art graduate medical education programs.
