Inspira Health announced that its Nurse Residency Program at Inspira Medical Centers in Mullica Hill, Vineland, and Elmer has been accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP). This is the first time the health system has received this accreditation, which places it among a select group of health care organizations recognized for their excellence in nursing residency programs.

The ANCC PTAP accreditation is awarded to organizations that uphold the highest standards in nurse onboarding, professional development, and evidence-based practice. Inspira’s program was recognized for its excellence in leadership, program design, and for successfully enhancing patient outcomes and advancing practice-based learning for early-career nurses.
