Lauletta Birnbaum Welcomes New Member
Sewell, NJ -- Lauletta Birnbaum, LLC is excited to announce that Jonathan Gremminger has been named a member of the firm effective January 1, 2021.
Jonathan has spent the last several years sharpening his legal expertise as an associate with Lauletta Birnbaum. Jonathan concentrates his practice on transactional-based corporate and real estate matters. In his corporate practice, Jonathan is part of a team focusing on all aspects of corporate representation, including mergers and acquisitions, formation, employment, and drafting commercial agreements. In his real estate practice, Jonathan represents clients in an array of real estate transactions, including acquisition, commercial leasing, financing, and development of real property.
Jonathan began as an apprentice with Lauletta Birnbaum in 2014. Lauletta Birnbaum’s Apprenticeship Program allows young lawyers to gain exposure to a wide range of practice areas, receive actionable feedback from seasoned attorneys, and become comfortable and well-versed in all areas of commercial law.
Jonathan received his J.D. from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2014. While at Drexel, Jonathan attained honors in the Business & Entrepreneurship concentration. In 2009 Jonathan earned his B.A. in International Politics, Pennsylvania State University. Jonathan also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a military policeman. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 as part of a mentoring team to a local Afghan police force. During his service as a police mentor with the United States Marine Corps Reserve in Afghanistan, Jonathan was awarded a Navy Achievement Medal for his efforts improving the local police force’s intelligence sharing capabilities.
