Meredith Lorrilliere has been promoted to chief operating officer of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey, the group announced Monday.
Lorrilliere, who has been a dedicated member of the CCSNJ team for more than 25 years, brings a breadth of experience in chamber management, including leadership roles in communications, special events, budgeting and operations. She also serves as president of the South Jersey Chamber Foundation, the CCSNJ’s charitable 501c3 entity.
This promotion marks an important milestone in the chamber’s continued efforts to enhance member services, expand programming, and support economic growth throughout the region.
In accepting the promotion, Lorrilliere expressed her gratitude and excitement for the future.
“I am honored to take on the role of executive vice president and COO and deeply appreciative of the trust placed in me by the board and the CCSNJ team,” she said. “It has been a privilege to serve the Chamber for so many years, and I look forward to continuing our work to support and strengthen the business community in South Jersey.”
Over the course of her career, Lorrilliere has been widely recognized for her commitment to the South Jersey business community.
She has served on The Salvation Army Camden Kroc Center’s Community Relations and Development Committee since 2023 and participated on the organization’s 10th Anniversary Committee in 2024. She also recently served on the planning committee for Hopeworks’ 25th anniversary celebration, held in September 2025.
In addition, Lorrilliere served on the Board of Trustees for the South Jersey Young Professionals Association and held the position of secretary until 2017.
Chamber CEO Christina Renna applauded the announcement.
“Meredith’s promotion is a reflection of her unwavering dedication, exceptional leadership, and deep understanding of the Chamber’s mission,” she said. “For more than two decades, she has played an integral role in shaping the Chamber’s growth and widespread impact. I could not be more thrilled to have her step into this expanded leadership position.”
CCSNJ Chair Robin Walton also praised the decision.
“Meredith’s professional experience, business acumen and longstanding commitment to the South Jersey business community make her a natural fit for this role,” she said. “The board has every confidence that she will continue to elevate the chamber’s internal operations and advance our mission with integrity and vision.”
Lorrilliere earned her B.A. in Communications from Rowan University and was honored as one of South Jersey Biz Magazine’s Women of the Year in 2024 and as a “20 Under 40” recipient in 2012.
She resides in Medford with her husband, Brent, and their two daughters.
