Pilesgrove, New Jersey – April 16 – NorthPoint Development held a ceremonial groundbreaking for its $590 million development project. This venture, set to encompass 3,794,946 square feet across four state-of-the-art Class-A industrial buildings, signifies a commitment to driving economic prosperity and job creation in Pilesgrove.

This is NorthPoint Development’s first development in the state of New Jersey. The $590 million capital investment also includes infrastructure improvements like the wastewater treatment plant, highway improvements, and new traffic signals.

The investment is projected to create over 2,200 operational and construction jobs, providing much-needed employment opportunities and injecting vitality into the local economy.

 Earthwork for the site began in January of this year. Building 4, the first building being constructed is projected to be completed by the end of 2024.
