For the past seven years, Adriana Vázquez has been the Head of Operations at MOD, where she played a key role in building the company’s operations, including finance, where she helped lead the company’s first acquisition. In her new role as Head of MODHealth, Adriana will lead the business's two key arms: Health and Wellness, and Benefits Communications, further expanding her impact on the company's growth and strategic direction.

Adriana’s Cuban and Puerto Rican roots shape her unique perspective and approach to leadership, blending cultural richness with a strong drive for innovation.

Outside of work, Adriana is passionate about staying active. Kickboxing and tennis are two of her favorite ways to exercise. Adriana is a devoted mother to her daughter, and she finds joy in traveling—whether it's exploring new places or immersing herself in different cultures.
