Samaritan Offers Complimentary Yoga Support Group


Grief takes a toll on the body, mind and spirit. Invite healing through the practice of yoga and meditation.

The Samaritan Center for Grief Support will host the seven-week online support group, Heal Your Heart: Yoga and Meditation for Grief, which explores grief through the gentle healing practice of yoga through the chakras, the body’s energy centers. The support group will explore information about coping, communication and compassion for self and others, as well as suggestions for self-care.

This online workshop is complimentary and facilitated by trained professionals. No yoga experience is necessary to attend this group.

The support group will meet from 6-7:30 p.m. on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, May 10 
  • Tuesday, May 17 
  • Tuesday, May 24 
  • Tuesday, May 31 
  • Tuesday, June 7 
  • Tuesday, June 14 
  • Tuesday, June 21
