Second Chance Hiring Documentary and Training Released by Cottage Four, LLC with generous support from J.P. Morgan Chase
Cottage Four has released its latest Second Chance Hiring training and documentary, Retaining Talent. Retaining Talent brings together over two dozen experts to help businesses leverage a largely untapped talent pool: people with criminal records.
America’s labor shortage can be solved with “fair chance” or “second chance” hiring. People with criminal records have traditionally been overlooked as a talent pool, but thanks to national efforts more people with criminal records are given the opportunity to work than ever before. Companies and groups like J.P. Morgan Chase, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Business Roundtable, and the Second Chance Business Coalition, are just a few of the groups leading this effort.
Good hiring leads to better retention, lowering turnover costs and increasing productivity. However, many employers need help when it comes to hiring, retention and promotion of people with criminal records, or integrating them within the workplace.
Retaining Talent was designed to be that sourcing-to-retention solution for the business community.
Retaining Talent brings together dozens of experts under a single training, so businesses learn directly from the experts. This is accomplished through a combination of video and live trainings, kicked off by our Retaining Talent Documentary.
Retaining Talent is a project of Cottage Four, LLC and Wellbeing & Equity Innovations, with generous support from J.P. Morgan Chase.
Cottage Four is a diversified consulting agency that provides business and healthcare consulting, risk management and training services to businesses of all sizes.
