TD Bank promotes Laura Nitti to lead retail operations in South Jersey and Metro PA
Cherry Hill-based TD Bank announced on Thursday that it promoted Laura Nitti to the position of retail market president of Metro PA & South New Jersey. In her new role, Nitti will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s retail operations at more than 119 stores across a large region that includes Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties in New Jersey, and Bucks, Chester, Cumberland, Delco, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania.
With her extensive 21-year tenure at the bank, Nitti will support a network of retail colleagues, lead business development initiatives, and work to enhance the customer experience.
“Laura has demonstrated an unparalleled level of passion for delivering legendary experiences for customers and colleagues alike,” Rob Curley, regional president of Metro PA & NJ said. “Her leadership and extensive network both at TD and within the community, will sustain our strong presence across the region.”
Nitti’s career with TD Bank began in 2004 as a store manager at what was then Commerce Bank. She later served as Retail Market Manager for the Ocean Region in South Jersey before taking on roles that focused on building sales and retail teams and enhancing the customer experience. This included serving as Head of Leader Academy and Head of Retail Field Engagement.
“Over my career I’ve always maintained a focus on how we interact and manage relationships with customers,” Nitti said. “This role is a new approach and expansion on the work I’ve done at TD and I couldn’t be more excited for the opportunity.”
The promotion highlights TD Bank’s commitment to strengthening its retail presence in the critical New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets.
