Cannabis Regulatory Commission to Hold Social Equity Excise Fee Hearings
The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission is inviting New Jersey residents and organizations to share their ideas about how cannabis tax revenue should be used. The next meetings to be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 and Wednesday, January 18, 2023 and will not be region-specific as prior meetings have been.

The deadline to register to speak is 5 pm on the day before each meeting. The deadline to submit a written comment is 5 p.m. on Friday, January 20.
