The New Jersey Manufacturing Voucher Program – Phase 3 (NJ MVP3) application link goes live on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST and will be available on the NJ MVP3 Website: https://www.njeda.gov/mvp3/.

Important Update: To ensure equitable access to funding, Phase 3 applications will be prioritized for new applicants who have not previously or will not be awarded grants under Phase 1 or Phase 2 (based on EIN) during the initial two-week application period. Following this period, all eligible businesses will have the opportunity to apply for funding, subject to available resources.

Required Documents (if applicable):

1. Equipment quote/s or other 3rd party justification of cost of equipment and installation.

2. NJ Tax Clearance Certificate (Will be required before approval)

3. NJ State certifications; if applying for the following 5% bonuses:

Woman Owned Businesses

Minority Owned Businesses

Veteran Owned Businesses

4. NJ WR-30; if less than or equal to 100 full-time employees (raises award cap to 50%, not to exceed $250,000).

5. Signed and completed Employee Log; if less than or equal to 50 full-time employees (5% bonus).

6. Collective Bargaining Agreement; if applying for the 5% bonus
