The Cannabis Regulatory Commission's next public meeting, originally scheduled for Thursday, July 10, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, July 15, 11 a.m. The meeting will be held virtually. You may watch on Zoom or on YouTube.

2. Executive session (anticipated 1 hour)
3. Approval of prior meeting minutes
4. Election of Vice Chair
5. Cannabis business applications 
6. Conditional-to-annual conversions
7. Annual licenses
8. Cannabis consumption area endorsements
9. Expanded ATC certification
10. Annual license renewals
11. Public comment
12. Adjournment

The public can speak either in person or by phone. If you registered twice—once for in-person and once for phone—your name will be called based on the most recent registration. Deadline to register to speak at the July 15th meeting will be Friday, July 11th at 5 p.m.

To accommodate as many speakers as possible, comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person, and individuals may offer comments only once during the meeting. Groups and organizations should designate one individual to speak on behalf of the group.
