The New Jersey Good Jobs Challenge
The New Jersey Department of Labor (NJDOL) is submitting a proposal for the Good Jobs Challenge Grant. Through the Good Jobs Challenge, U.S. EDA is allocating $500 million to get Americans back to work by building and strengthening systems and partnerships that bring together employers who have hiring needs with other key entities to train workers with in-demand skills that lead to good-paying jobs.
NJDOL is applying as the System Lead Entity and will serve as the intermediary between all stakeholders from each New Jersey region (north, central, and south). NJDOL wants to partner with organizations for training, business connections, curricula development, wrap-around services and more.
Partner with NJDOL on its proposal by completing the New Jersey Good Jobs Challenge Form by November 8, 2021. For general inquiries regarding the Good Jobs Challenge opportunity, please email us at NJGoodJobs@dol.nj.gov.
