The New Jersey Good Jobs Challenge

The New Jersey Department of Labor (NJDOL) is submitting a proposal for the Good Jobs Challenge GrantThrough the Good Jobs Challenge, U.S. EDA is allocating $500 million to get Americans back to work by building and strengthening systems and partnerships that bring together employers who have hiring needs with other key entities to train workers with in-demand skills that lead to good-paying jobs.

NJDOL is applying as the System Lead Entity and will serve as the intermediary between all stakeholders from each New Jersey region (north, central, and south)NJDOL wants to partner with organizations for training, business connections, curricula development, wrap-around services and more.
