Administrative Clerk
We are currently interviewing for an Administrative Clerk for a company located in Palmyra, NJ.
This position requires a self-motivated individual who can multitask efficiently. Have great interpersonal skills as well as effectively managing and meet multiple deadlines with ease. Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Shift: Mon. – Fri. 8am-5pm
Pay: $17 hr
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments
- Collecting fees
- Data Entry
- Preparation of agendas, resolutions, minutes, ordinance, public record requests
- Issuing various permits/licenses
- Record management
- Various projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Must have Excellent Communication
- Must be Customer Service oriented
- Experienced in Microsoft office
- Knowledge of Municipal Software, preferred
- Time Management
- Organizations skills
- Cashier Experience, preferred
