Administrative Clerk


We are currently interviewing for an Administrative Clerk for a company located in Palmyra, NJ.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can multitask efficiently. Have great interpersonal skills as well as effectively managing and meet multiple deadlines with ease. Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Shift: Mon. – Fri. 8am-5pm

Pay: $17 hr

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments
  • Collecting fees
  • Data Entry
  • Preparation of agendas, resolutions, minutes, ordinance, public record requests
  • Issuing various permits/licenses
  • Record management
  • Various projects as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Must have Excellent Communication
  • Must be Customer Service oriented
  • Experienced in Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of Municipal Software, preferred
  • Time Management
  • Organizations skills
  • Cashier Experience, preferred
