Job Description
Our client, a non-profit management company, is looking to add an Associate Meeting Manager to their growing team in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This position will:
- Manage speaker invitations, track responses, and collect presentation materials.
- Coordinate VIP, speaker, and staff housing, maintain the master housing list.
- Input meeting registrations, provide customer service, and manage payment processing (bills, invoices, and reimbursements).
- Assist with event set-up, including direct bill applications, site proposals, and post-event statistics.
- Assist with the development, proofing, and distribution of marketing materials for events.
- Update content and event-related materials on client websites.
- Oversee contracts and manage exhibit spreadsheets.
- Book vendor visits and manage relationships with service providers for events.
- High School Diploma required (Bachelor's preferred).
- At least 3+ years of experience in Meeting Coordination or Event Planning. Association or non-profit planning experience is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite at the Mt. Laurel office when needed
