Career Management Specialist
Posting Summary:
The Career Management Specialist leads employer outreach initiatives to build and sustain strategic relationships across industries, manages administrative functions and special projects that support data-driven decision-making, and oversees the collection and reporting of career outcomes and employer engagement data. Additionally, the position supports internship programming by collaborating with academic departments and employers to strengthen experiential learning pathways. The Career Management Specialist also drives marketing, public relations, and alumni outreach efforts to promote career programs and success stories, enhancing the visibility and reputation of Rutgers University–Camden as a key partner in regional workforce and career development.

Minimum Education & Experience:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business or related degrees or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, plus an additional two years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of Handshake, Excel, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and social media platforms. Excellent information system and database management skills.
