Overcome Wellness & Recovery is looking for a Clinical Director and Associate Clinical Director to join our team! These positions are responsible for overseeing and developing the clinical department including supervision, evaluation, and scheduling. They develop, plan and implement strategies for program continuation and growth, and provide clinical training to staff and interns.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring that substance abuse counseling services are provided as specified in the client treatment plan, and coordinated with other client care services if applicable.

- Experience with staff supervision, including expertise transforming clinical staff into a highly functional team.

- Regularly review and recommend changes in program services to meet client needs with emphasis on services for underserved populations, oversight of program evaluation and quality assurance functions for department, including assessment of applicable legal and professional requirements, and monitoring treatment plans for clients.

- Working with the Executive Director and CFO to assure guidance and support for clinical growth.

Qualifications

-Masters level clinical degree and 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible program management experience in a substance use disorder treatment facility

-Licensed as either an LCADC and CCS ; or LCSW and CCS (New Jersey)
