Duties:

The Clinical Team Leader I will oversee and coordinate all aspects of a youth’s clinical treatment program, along with providing individual, family, and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with other treatment team members. Participate in the development and implementation of trauma-specific trainings and implementation. Participate in the development of trauma-informed programs: parent education, trauma-informed milieu activities, and psyche education. Promote program development and service delivery consistent with current best practices for trauma-specific treatment. In conjunction with the treatment team, develop a comprehensive and ongoing individual treatment plan for each youth from the time of admission through discharge. Serve as the primary liaison with all community resources involved with each client. Lead staff participation in the intake and admissions process. Ensure optimum family involvement in treatment planning and programming for each youth. The Clinical Team Leader will facilitate sessions with consumers in the treatment homes, office, and community, while also providing case management, crisis intervention, and leading the multi-disciplinary team.

Full Time

This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefitted position which includes:

Education/Experience:

Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or other closely related field. Possess LSW or LAC and be eligible for the appropriate licenses and certifications, e.g., LSW, LCSW, etc., within 2-3 years of licensure. Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is required.
