Contracts Assistant
Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Director of Compliance, the Contracts Assistant is responsible for providing support to ensure all tasks assigned processed in an efficient and accurate manner; and to provide prompt, professional communications to both internal and external customers with the objective of assisting BLUSA to meet our delivery and quality initiatives in a diverse manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Pull contract files and update all MODs provided
- Run ILS and denied parties screenings for all new orders printed out at 2:30 p.m
- Send all formal order acknowledgements to the customers
- Assist with any and all filing projects for contract files
- Assist with any and all inventory location audits
- Answer phones; Respond to inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal customers and suppliers.
- Time management and deadline driven skills.
- General Computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Education and/or Experience
- 3-5 years general clerical or administrative experience. Manufacturing environment a plus.

PAYRATE/SALARY: $DoE
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri: 8:00-5:00; ½ hr unpaid lunch
