The employee will perform a wide variety of routine custodial duties required to maintain buildings and grounds in a clean and habitable condition. Will also perform basic maintenance and repair duties on University facilities and equipment.

Minimum Education & Experience: 

No experience required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning or floor care preferred. 

Equipment Utilized: 

Vacuum, cleaning chemicals and tools, trash compactor.
