AP /Data Entry Coordinator needed for International firm in Camden, NJ

 Length of Assignment:
1 Year


Monday through Friday
8:30am – 5pm 37.5 hours  or 9 – 5:30 (37.5 hours)


Hourly Pay Rate Range: $17.00 - $20.00                                  

Primary Responsibilities:
• Invoice entry into online system 
Gather invoice backup from online system, create pdf backup for online storage
• Data entry of invoices
• Audit of lower dollar T&E reimbursement request in Oracle system.

Required Skills and Abilities:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Outlook email, Teams, pdf creation. Microsoft Excel
• Oracle experience a plus
• Very computer savvy, intermediate to advanced in Excel
• Pays attention to detail.
