Catholic Partnerships Schools is seeking a Development Coordinator to assist the Development Department with growing fundraising revenue. Catholic Partnership Schools alumni have attended: Holy Name School, Sacred Heart School, St. Joseph Pro-Cathedral School, St. Cecilia School, and St. Anthony of Padua of School. Our schools have been successfully serving Camden’s children for more than a century, tracing their history back to the first students at St. Joseph who were taught in a home in 1894.

Qualified applications will have experience using Microsoft Excel and Word, good writing skills, be detail-oriented, and comfortable cold calling prospects.

Previous development experience is a plus.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus. 

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Adding, updating, and maintaining records in Salesforce

Prospect research 

Adding, updating, and maintaining contact information in Salesforce

Track down contact information for records missing that information

Research past giving records to CPS to update records in Salesforce

Working with the Development Director to apply for grants

Call and/or email donors as needed 

Prepare letters and other mailings for supporters

Screen records for estimated major gift capacity

Perform other related duties as assigned, within the department's scope of practice
