We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr Administrative Assistant to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
This a Direct Hire opportunity, Salary 58K-64K
Job Summary: Assists the Chief Human Resources Officer and HR team with administrative tasks.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provides daily administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer
- Maintains calendar for Chief Human Resources Officer
- Monitors Human Resources’ team email frequently.
- Records meeting minutes in detail and provides action items.
- Organizes, compiles, updates company personnel documents and files accordingly.
- Schedules job interviews with hiring managers
- Maintains electronic filing system.
- Updates and creates PowerPoint decks.
- Enters background checks into appropriate database.
- Collects and organizes company’s assessments.
- Assists with new employee paperwork & onboarding.
- Assists with employee exit paperwork.
- Manages Human Resources analytics, metrics and reporting such as turnover and headcount reports.
- Maintains PTO, Accrued Sick, COVID and Camden Parking spreadsheets.
- Updates and maintains organizational charts.
- Assists in event coordination including catering orders, setting up meeting spaces, and other items as needed.
- Assist in coordinating Human Resources sponsored events.
- Creates and disseminates corporate communications.
- Verify and track invoices.
- Provides general administrative support to the HR team.
- Adhere to Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements - 2-4 years Human Resources Administrative experience required.
- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Business Administration.
- Organized with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate next steps on projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced computer/technical skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Application of sound judgment in making independent decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to control and handle sensitive business situations with discretion.
- Consistent professional image that conveys poise and tact in every situation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information.
- Strong writing skills.
