The Human Resources Generalist, Bilingual will work in close partnership with the HR Director and the broader HR team to support our People Vision of fostering a continuous learning environment where mistakes are seen as opportunities to learn, and new ideas are encouraged. The HR Generalist, Bilingual is responsible for executing day-to-day HR functions such as recruitment, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, and policy enforcement, while maintaining a high level of service and balancing the needs of both employees and management. This role aligns HR strategies with business goals and supports designated areas of the organization to ensure consistent HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an HR partner to managers, supervisors, and employees, offering guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement.
- Be hands-on and approachable in the manufacturing environment, providing on-the-ground HR support.
- Manage employee situations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring alignment with company policies and values.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address staffing, retention, and training needs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for a diverse workforce.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish—a must-have for seamless communication across all levels of our diverse workforce.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with employees and leaders alike and flex to meet the needs of a fast-moving business.
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach, ready to jump in and support teams in real-time.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA), ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Proven experience in resolving employee conflicts and conducting thorough investigations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite to manage HR processes efficiently.
