Position: ICU Staff Nurse - Washington Township Location

As an ICU Staff Nurse at Jefferson Health, you will play a critical role in delivering expert care to critically ill patients. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where every action makes an impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to a group of ICU patients within a specified time period.
• Perform patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Practice safe medication administration, carefully assessing patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review and implement clinical pathways and coordinate patient care.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• BSN degree preferred.
• Valid RN license issued by the State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
