
Legal Assistant #25-00506
A well-established boutique law firm in South Jersey is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with at least 3 years of current legal experience. Candidates with experience in Tax, Trust and Estate Law, Real Estate, and Corporate Law are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage attorney caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
Draft engagement letters and appointments
Prepare IRS, Power of Attorney Form 433 and other collection forms
Intake and process new client information
Prepare corporate documents and estate planning documents, including Wills
Transcribe dictation and maintain accurate records
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
Review, scan, and route incoming and outgoing documents
Maintain and update client files regularly
Perform time entry and manage billing processes
Process check requests, expense reports, and reimbursements
Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
Maintain attorney calendars and ensure timely scheduling
Assist with special tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Familiarity with Practice Master and TABS3 is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
