Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family counseling to support mental health and emotional well-being.
- Develop personalized treatment, discharge, and aftercare plans.
- Collaborate with referring agencies, community resources, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records.
- Use your expertise to assess and address the unique needs of consumers across all age groups, providing appropriate, age-related care.

Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Master's degree (MSW, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field) from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of relevant experience required.
- Must hold a valid license (LSW, LAC, LPC, or LCSW).
- Supervisor credentials preferred.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license. If duties involve driving, the ability to operate an agency vehicle is required.
Work Environment and Hazards:
- May be involved in safe crisis management..
Work Contacts:
- Frequent interaction with internal staff, management, and community partners.
Special Physical Demands:
- Ability to travel between programs as needed.
- Cognitive, verbal, and manual skills required.
- Visual and hearing acuity needed (corrective devices acceptable).
- Must manage deadlines and schedules effectively, while being flexible with special requests and projects.
- Ability to professionally handle stressful situations.
