Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and family counseling to support mental health and emotional well-being.
Develop personalized treatment, discharge, and aftercare plans.
Collaborate with referring agencies, community resources, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records.
Use your expertise to assess and address the unique needs of consumers across all age groups, providing appropriate, age-related care.

Someone with the skills to assess consumer needs and deliver tailored care through counseling and psychotherapy.

Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Experience:
Master's degree (MSW, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field) from an accredited institution.
At least one year of relevant experience required.
Must hold a valid license (LSW, LAC, LPC, or LCSW).
Supervisor certification preferred
Skills and Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license. If duties involve driving, the ability to operate an agency vehicle is required.
Work Environment and Hazards:
May be involved in safe crisis management.
Work Contacts:
Frequent interaction with internal staff, management, and community partners.
Special Physical Demands:
Ability to travel between programs as needed.
Cognitive, verbal, and manual skills required.
Visual and hearing acuity needed (corrective devices acceptable).
Must manage deadlines and schedules effectively, while being flexible with special requests and projects.
Ability to professionally handle stressful situations.
