The Maintenance worker must be willing to learn or have experience in performing general repairs across multiple trades, including painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, or provide specialized expertise in one of those areas.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work independently or with a group and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Responsibilities also include performing seasonal groundskeeping, such as snow and ice removal.

Pay rate will be based upon experience, trade proficiency, and diagnostic ability.

Hours:

Full time; may be asked to provide emergency on-call coverage when needed.

Education, Training and Experience Requirements:
