In this role, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts - creating eye-catching content, driving social media engagement, and supporting strategic campaigns that fuel our staffing success. If you're a dynamic thinker who loves blending creativity with data-driven insights, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do:
- Content Creation & Editing: Write and edit compelling, on-brand content for web, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Social Media Management: Own our social presence! Plan, post, and engage with our audience while tracking performance and optimizing strategies.
- Design & Visual Content: Design stunning graphics infographics, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite to amplify our brand.
- Video Production & Editing: Capture, edit, and produce engaging videos for social media, website, and email marketing.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor key metrics, analyze performance, and provide insights to refine marketing strategies.
- UX/UI Knowledge: Work with designers and developers to enhance user experience and website engagement.
- Campaign Coordination & Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and talent acquisition.
- Project Management: Juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and keep things running smoothly.
- Team Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
