Marketing Manager Summary

The Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online), including planning and implementing multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms, to improve the volume, quality and predictability of marketing qualified leads.

The Marketing Manager must be well versed with different types of organic as well as paid marketing channels such as content marketing, PPC advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Outdoor Marketing, Social Media Advertising, email campaigns, lead generation initiatives, website design and landing page enhancement, copywriting, and comprehensive performance analytics of the marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Manager should be capable of critical thinking and an innovative approach to solving problems quickly. Additionally, they will be responsible for seeking out new innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas while mentoring team members in these same areas.

Responsibilities

Oversee SEO and SEM management and optimization

Have a firm grasp on modern technology and various marketing platforms

Manage projects and guide team within the marketing department adhering to the marketing strategy; Implementation of the marketing campaigns including copy, design, tone and direction of work right from ideation to final analysis and refinement

Measure, analyze and report on marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs); Evaluate the performance of each campaign and prepare annual reports and budgets for the next year

Developing and maintaining automation infrastructure.

Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external; Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need

Prioritization and spend of marketing budget

Show leadership in executing fresh, innovative concepts that enhance strategies and achieve objectives

Mentor and inspire teams to perform at the maximum of their abilities and foster reputation as problem solvers



Skills Required

Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting

Proficiency in Graphic design

Proficient with marketing-related software programs

Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events

Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with department team members, agency team members, upper management and vendors

Time management and organization skills to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives

Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts

Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
