Marketing Manager

Environmental Resolutions, Inc. (ERI) is a leading engineering, planning, environmental, and surveying consulting firm that has been providing professional services to our clients since 1990. ERI has an opening for a Marketing Manager who seeks to become an active employee in an energetic, well-established company that provides excellent salary and benefits. The position includes the responsibility for managing the Marketing Department in all marketing functions and creating and implementing marketing strategies that support company goals and objectives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Business Development Manager in identifying proposals, creating and writing proposals for annual municipal positions, scheduling timely proposal submissions, maintaining constituent data bases, organizing employee events and updating social media as needed. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

• Work both as a team member and independently on a wide range of projects. 

• Perform RFP research and track deadlines for public agency clients. 

• Complete RFP forms and create, assemble and assure on-time delivery of proposals. 

• Create, edit and update proposal documents and submissions. 

• Maintain and update various databases and Excel spreadsheets. 

• Record, prepare and process annual client contracts. 

• Coordinate, plan and implement internal employee special events and external trade shows, career fairs and community outreach programs. 

• Create promotional materials, presentations and videos. 

• Perform related work or other duties as assigned. 

• Create content for social media outlets. 


Mount Laurel, NJ 


• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing or Public Relations. Work experience can be substituted for formal education. 

• Proven work experience 3-5 years as a Marketing Assistant or similar role. 

• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. 

• Strong attention to detail. 

• Experience with digital and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Experience with other outlets, including HTML/WordPress/other website maintenance tools, Canva and Constant Contact is a plus. 

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
