With approximately 200 team members located in Horsham, PA.  We are currently seeking to add an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Techno- Functional Consultant to our outstanding team. The firm’s Technology Solutions Group is an entrepreneurially driven, focused on assisting middle market clients with evaluating their IT capabilities, and evaluating, designing and implementing best-fit accounting, ERP and related controls solutions. Our Microsoft practice is affiliated with Velosio National Partner network, which offers a blend of highly customized and high touch solutions at a local level while being supported by a national team of specialized resources when needed. Our Microsoft delivery team provides a mix of business and financial process  transformation accounting and operational solutions leveraging Microsoft cloud’s latest Dynamics BC and  Power Platform offerings.

Having the passion and ability to be continuously learning about latest Microsoft Dynamics BC and related Power Platform technologies in support of client needs. Assisting clients with implementation, configuration, training and support of Microsoft Dynamics BC and related applications.

The ideal candidate will have the following capabilities:

• College degree in accounting, finance, MIS or a related field a must.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Accounting/ERP related system implementation and support with an emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC or similar applications.
• Strong understanding of key accounting concepts, processes, reporting and typical integration features within Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC or similar applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft solution offerings, ranging from Azure, SQL to Power BI and O365 a major plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, project and priority management skills are critical.
• Familiarity with client advisory and engagement management in a consulting environment are major advantages.
• Possess a positive attitude, a strong commitment to excellence, client service and professional growth.
• The ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and prioritize among many competing tasks.
• Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia/Delaware Valley region.
