Job Description
Part Time Billing Assistant needed for:  
Growing Language Service Agency
$20./hr Temp to Hire

Assist in the day-to-day management of their Billing Department.  Overall responsibility is to include invoicing of clients for services rendered and importing vendor invoices for monthly payroll. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer service and handling incoming phone calls regarding daily job scheduling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Enter vendor and client invoices into QuickBooks
  • Review all Interpreter Invoices for detail and accuracy
  • Coordinate billings with Project Managers
  • Follow up with vendors regarding missing or late invoices
  • Client Billing
  • Send past due notices to clients
  • Serve as additional support on handling incoming phone calls and scheduling tasks when needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of Computer Software Programs i.e., Word, Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Motivated, self-starter, team player
  • A mature person who can take initiative
Education, Training and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma with at least 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
