Patient Experience Navigator for Emergency Department in Willingboro, NJ
Long Term Temporary/ Hourly rate $18.50
This position would be onsite. Hours 11:30a-8:00p (M-F is preferred but willing to find someone part time as long as their availability includes Monday and Friday).
Training : Monday & Friday at Willingboro, Tuesday-Thursday at the Access Center in Pennsauken.

Communicate with various Patients and assists in high volume scheduling.
Must have at least 6+ months of customer service experience. Working in the healthcare industry a big plus!
Must be able to work well within a team but also okay working solo.
