Program Coordinator I
Posting Summary:
The Program Coordinator for retention initiatives will assist with implementing retention activities to increase the number of undergraduate students (particularly those from minoritized and historically underrepresented backgrounds) persist to degree. Retention activities include tracking student enrollment and potential clues signifying attrition, data entry, assisting with efforts to prevent attrition, and assisting with student data collection that bring retention-related student behaviors to light. The incumbent will demonstrate solid communication skills, partner effectively with stakeholders across campus, and have knowledge of collecting, compiling and interpreting data.

Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience plus two to three years of professional experience in higher education with a focus on student success or retention initiatives is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Student Success Management systems preferred – ex. EAB Navigate or other. Ability to adapt work posture depending on project – both needing to be independent/autonomous as well as collaborative.
