
Sales Support Specialist
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.
Job Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist is a motivated and customer-focused sales and client support to both the sales and marketing teams. This hybrid role combines proactive outreach to clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities, administrative support to the sales team, and conducting live or virtual product demonstrations. The Sales Support Specialist is persuasive, organized, tech-savvy, and energized by creating meaningful client experiences through exceptional service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and process new business in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in lead generation activities including market research, database management, and outbound outreach.
- Compile sales reports, highlighting key metrics such as revenue, sales volume, performance, and product trends.
- Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations that clearly articulate product benefits and drive customer engagement to prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain marketing and sales collateral, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Support day-to-day operations and the needs of Sales Managers and Director of Sales Operations
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong aptitude and enthusiasm for collaborative team environments.
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Proficient in Specific Tools: i.e. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SalesForce, Gmail/Google Workspace, PandaDoc or related Sales process software, etc.

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and to establish trust with leaders and colleagues.
- Work independently and efficiently to meet client-driven deadlines.
- Able to promptly answer support-related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills: interpersonal, organizational, and presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a tight-knit, collaborative environment where initiative and versatility are valued and rewarded.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to take initiative.
- Great customer service skills to include the ability to handle clients with patience and tolerance.
Education and Experience:
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, or similar role.
Job Location:
Primepoint’s Headquarters is in Westampton, NJ. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office per week (please note, on some occasions, it may require flexibility to work more days in the office if business demands require it).
