Description
The Scheduling Coordinator answers general and new participant inquires, receives, and communicates with potential participants, supporting them with the scheduling/application process, which can include paperwork and facilitating. Maintains consumer records and coordinate consumer flow. Manages and controls the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to meet the goals of the program. Compiles data and operates office equipment to maintain program records and reports.
The NJ4S Hub serves all schools within Burlington County and links parents and students to community services based on needs.

Education/Experience:
Associate’s Degree with two years’ experience in scheduling and office management in community based services/social services setting. Additional education and related experience are preferred, such as a bachelor’s degree in a Human Services related field, experience in the provision of prevention related programs. Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional experience as indicated on a year-for-year basis with thirty (30) semester hour credits being equal to one (1) year of experience.
