Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and proofread routine materials with accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, precise, and meets required standards.
- Demonstrate the skills necessary to provide services tailored to the specific needs of our consumers.
- Assess and interpret consumer data to ensure services meet the needs of various age groups.

Work Schedule:
- The position requires flexibility with both daytime (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and evening shifts (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM).

Job Qualifications: Secretary
Education, Training, and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of clerical/secretarial experience with increasing responsibility.
Skills and Requirements:
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
- Proficiency in computer use, with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
- Strong math, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate office equipment (copiers, fax machines).
- Must maintain a customer-friendly environment.
- Valid driver’s license required; must be able to drive agency vehicles if needed.
Work Environment and Hazards:
- Office environment with minimal hazards
Work Contacts:
- Regular interaction with management, staff, and the public.
Special Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift to manage filing and printer/copier tasks.
- Sitting for extended periods to input information; walking between offices.
- Cognitive, verbal, and manual skills required.
- Hearing and visual acuity needed (corrective devices acceptable).
- Must handle deadlines, schedules, and stressful situations professionally while being flexible to special requests and projects.
