Supervisor of Contracts Administration (HYBRID) #25-00715
Our client, a leader in the building supply industry, is seeking an experienced Supervisor of Contract Administration to oversee daily operations of the contracts team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and collaboration across departments. This position plays a key role in managing workflow, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and driving process improvements within a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Contract Administrators, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all contract tasks.
Review, edit, and negotiate commercial contract terms to align with company standards and risk policies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Sales, and Finance, to streamline contract processes.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure departmental goals are met.
Maintain and enhance contract administration procedures and documentation.
Support licensing renewals, system updates, and team training initiatives.
Manage contract records within ERP and CLM systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
5+ years of contract administration experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract structures, and insurance documentation.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP/CLM systems (Agiloft preferred).
CCCM certification a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $80,000 – $90,000 plus bonus potential
