Teacher of Music
Job Details
The Teacher of Music will provide music therapy services to children with special needs during the regular ten-month school year and the extended school year. The Teacher of Music will utilize music therapeutically to address the physical, emotional, and individual development of each student. Will provide appropriate and consistent services to the student, helping to implement music education supports in conjunction with the special education classroom teacher.

Hours:
Full-time; Follows the school calendar.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in music therapy is required, graduate degree in music therapy preferred; Board certification in music therapy by the Certification Board for Music Therapists. 1-3 years of experience preferred.
