Temporary Receptionist Needed ASAP - Newark, Delaware


Job Function Narrative:

Preforming the function of receptionist puts the employee in the position of the face of their office. The employee would be responsible for greeting and interacting with every person that enters their office, as well as being the first point of contact for any call or email sent to the company.

Function Expectations:

· Greet guests who come to the office

· Maintaining office security and safety by abiding by safety procedures, and ensuring employees and visitors are properly signed in

· Answer and direct all phone calls using multi-line telephone system

· Maintains safety and cleanliness of reception area

· Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.

· Packing, scheduling, and shipping outgoing mail

· Managing supply closet inventory

· Maintaining conference rooms and assist with scheduling

· Other clerical duties e.g. filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing, etc.

Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay: $18 to $20 depending on experience
