Duties:

The Therapist provides therapeutic services to two populations: the adult inpatient psychiatric unit at Salem Medical Center and two group homes for adolescents in Salem, NJ, and Swedesboro, NJ. The split will be 20 hours for the group homes and 20 hours for the inpatient unit. The inpatient psychiatric unit services will primarily consist of group psychotherapy sessions with individual/family sessions scheduled as needed. The group home services completing a BioPsychoSocial Assessment with new admissions, creating a treatment plan and discharge plan for all admissions, attending treatment plan meetings, and providing individual, group, and family therapies as needed.

Hours:

Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with some evenings as needed.

Education/Experience:

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling. Active licensure in NJ as LAC or LSW required.
